LCO can be any level. You will be assigning pads, launching the rockets, communicating with the people in attendance, and keeping up a good launch cadence. You are also responsible for ensuring range safety and ensuring the airspace is clear for launch. You are also responsible for ensuring that the rocket is going to be clear of the crowd and communicating safety notices if needed.

This person must be a Tripoli member and Tripoli Minnesota member in good standing.
